At MxProDecals, all of our products are custom-made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom printed or personalized items once production has started.
This includes:
- Custom motocross graphics
- Personalized decals
- Any product made specifically to your design, color, number, or logo requirements
Please ensure all details (design, spelling, colors, and logos) are correct before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- You may request changes or cancellations before production begins
- Once the design process has started:
- A $70 design fee applies for full kits
- Or 15% of the product value for smaller custom items
- Once the printing process has started:
- ❌ Orders cannot be changed
❌ Orders cannot be canceled or refunded
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (due to our error)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
What to do:
Please email us with:
- Your name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem

Resolution:
If the issue is confirmed:
- We will replace or fix the item at no cost, OR
- Provide a refund where applicable
We will also cover return shipping costs
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product is defective
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item due to our error
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Funds are returned via the original payment method
Return Shipping
- For approved defective/incorrect items → we cover return costs
- For any other cases → returns are not accepted
⚠️ Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Important Notes
- Motocross graphics are considered consumable products and may wear over time depending on usage
- We use high-quality materials, but proper installation and care affect product longevity
- By placing an order, you agree to this policy
